(Release and Indemnification)
私は今回、在ロサンゼルス関西クラブ主催のロスアンゼルス研修奨学生プログラムに参画するにあたり、その研修規則およびスケジュールに従うことに同意致します。そして、この研修プログラムは、将来を担う日本の学生に米国訪問の機会を与えるとともに、国際的視野を培う機会を提供したいという、在ロスアンゼルス関西クラブ会員の強い熱意によって実現され運営されているものであることを理解いたします。この研修プログラムに参加するに当たり、私の病気、事故、怪我あるいは所有物の紛失といったことによって生ずる責任や債務に関して、関西クラブ、およびその役員、理事、会員、代理人、職員、ボランティア、継承者ならびにその他関係者への賠償請求権を明確に放棄いたします。私はまた、上記プログラムに参加する期間中に私の行為によって生じたあらゆる判決、法的請求、課税、刑罰、損失ならびに経費（“Liabilities”と総称する）に対して、関西クラブ、およびその役員、理事、会員、代理人、職員、ボランティア、弁護士、継承者ならびにその他関係者（“Sponsor Related Indemnified Parties” と総称する）は免責され、弁護、保護し、そして何ら被害を与えないことに同意いたします。
I, the undersigned, agree to be bound by and conduct myself in accordance with the rules and schedule of the Los Angeles Training Scholarship Program sponsored by the Kansai Club. I understand that this scholarship program was established and is run by Kansai Club members who strongly desired to provide young Japanese students an opportunity to visit the United States and develop a global perspective.
In consideration for being accepted into the above described scholarship program, I hereby release and hold harmless the Kansai Club, its officers, directors, members, agents, employees, volunteers, successors and assigns from all responsibility and liability that may result from my illness, accident, injury or loss of personal property.
I also agree to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless the Kansai Club, its officers, directors, members, agents, employees, volunteers, attorneys, successors and assigns (collectively “Sponsor Related Indemnified Parties”) and each of them from and against any and all judgments, claims, assessments, penalties, losses, costs and expenses (collectively “Liabilities”) arising out of my conduct during my participation in the above described program.
